* For the 2025/2026 school year, Plus $13600 student fees, and $2500 for incidental fees (books, supplies)
- Completion of 15 courses in total online with synchronous and asynchronous learning and online proctoring of assessments
- 2 Mandatory In-Person Campus Blocks will occur: a 3 week block in September, and a 7 day block in June.
- Rotations: 12 weeks of Primary Care, plus 4 week core rotations in General Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist/Internal Medicine, Mental Health and Paediatrics. The remaining weeks are spent in electives.
- alf of the clinical practicum will be assigned in Southern Ontario, half in Northern Ontario.
- Mandatory In-Person Campus Block in Toronto will also occur - 1 week in March.
- One full course equivalent (one full-year course, or two-semester courses) of Human Anatomy & Physiology
- Recent health care experience (within the last 5 years))
- Direct hands-on patient care experience in a clinical setting
- Paid positions as a health care provider
- Current Ontario resident
- Have been a resident, as an adult, in a northern or rural community. (For Ontario, "rural" = Rurality index of 40 or more; outside of Ontario, "rural" = population of <15,000)
