Working with Anne has been an incredible and transformative experience in my MMI preparation. Before our sessions, I struggled with maintaining eye contact, ensuring professionalism in my speech, and contextualizing my responses effectively. These challenges often left me feeling anxious and underprepared for the demanding interview process. However, Anne's guidance and support have completely turned that around for me.

From our very first session, it was clear that Anne had a deep understanding of the MMI process and what it takes to excel. She provided me with invaluable insights and strategies that were tailored specifically to my needs. Her constructive feedback on my eye contact helped me become more aware of my body language, and through our practice sessions, I learned how to maintain a confident and engaging presence.

Anne's emphasis on professionalism in speech was a game-changer. She taught me how to eliminate filler words and communicate my thoughts clearly and concisely. With her help, I became more articulate and confident in my responses. Her tips on structuring my answers were particularly helpful, ensuring that I conveyed my ideas logically and effectively.

One of the most significant improvements came from Anne's guidance on contextualizing my responses. She showed me how to tailor my answers to different scenarios, making them relevant and impactful. This skill was crucial in helping me stand out during the MMI, as it demonstrated my ability to think on my feet and adapt to various situations.

Most importantly, Anne's patience, encouragement, and unwavering support made all the difference. She created a positive and supportive learning environment that allowed me to grow and improve steadily. The mock interviews we had were incredibly realistic and challenging, providing me with the perfect practice ground to improve my skills.

My time working with Anne has been nothing short of exceptional. Thanks to her expert coaching, I feel fully prepared and confident in my ability to tackle the MMI. I cannot thank her enough for the impact she’s had on my preparation and personal growth. Thanks to her feedback, I landed several interviews and received acceptances!

To all future Pre-PAs contemplating working with any MMI Prep service, I cannot recommend Anne enough. If you're serious about excelling in your MMI and want to ensure you're as prepared as possible, her service is an invaluable resource.

The personalized coaching provided is top-notch. You’ll receive detailed, constructive feedback that is meant specifically for your strengths and areas for improvement. This level of attention is hard to find and makes a significant difference in your preparation. The mock interviews I had are incredibly realistic and closely mimic the actual MMI scenarios. This practical experience is crucial in helping you understand what to expect and how to handle the various challenges you might face. One of the biggest benefits of this prep service is the boost in confidence. By addressing your weaknesses and reinforcing your strengths, you’ll feel more self-assured and ready to tackle the MMI with confidence.

Investing in MMI Prep with Anne is a decision you won’t regret. The skills, confidence, and preparation you gain with her will not only help you succeed in your MMI but will also benefit you in your professional journey.

Good luck, and I highly recommend giving this prep service a try!”

“Working with Anne has truly been a blessing. Having engaged in several other prep sessions with different individuals before, I always received rather generic assistance. However, Anne's approach was refreshingly warm, welcoming, and accommodating from the very start.

Preparing with someone unfamiliar can be daunting, but Anne quickly established herself as a safe haven—a non-judgmental presence always ready to support and guide. What truly stood out was Anne's unwavering commitment to my success. She invested considerable time and effort in providing detailed feedback, demonstrating a genuine interest in my growth.

It's evident that she sees your achievements as her own, making her an invaluable asset in the prep process. With her wealth of knowledge and extensive teaching experience, Anne went beyond the role of an instructor, rather she had the qualities of a mentor and leader. Under Anne's guidance, I experienced so much growth within just a few sessions.

Her approach to preparation, diving deep into structures and strategies for different scenarios, was so important in my journey toward confidence and proficiency. Importantly, Anne's perspective as a PA ensured that her feedback was not only insightful but also aligned with the expectations of admissions committees—a level of expertise that sometimes well-meaning advice from family members.

Anne's support truly made a difference. With her guidance, I tackled the preparation process confidently, avoiding the usual anxiety that comes with it. I can't emphasize enough how much Anne's help meant to me, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a reliable prep partner. Thank you, Anne, for being instrumental in my journey.”

“I used the coaching service this application cycle after being unsuccessful in the interview process during previous years. The coaching service was a great tool to help me practice MMI-style questions as well as receive feedback on what I could do to improve my performance. Additionally, the recorded video feedback that was accessible after the session was great a great aid to refer back to.

Thanks to the great mentoring that I had from Canadian PA I was able to successfully get into all three Canadian PA schools this year! I would highly recommend this service for anyone who needs that extra bit of help for their applications or is unsure on how to improve their performance. Thank you Canadian PA!”

“I could not be more grateful for my experience working with Anne!

Prior to my MMI coaching sessions, I felt extremely discouraged about my interview skills, as I was not confident in my McMaster Supplemental application interview. I felt as though my thoughts were disorganized and I came off nervous and unconfident. This took a major toll on me because I knew I needed to shine on my MMI’s to be able to secure a spot in either of the programs I applied to (UofT and McMaster).

I was fortunate enough to receive MMI invites from both schools so I knew Anne would be the best person to reach out to for MMI prep. I chose to work with Anne because she is extremely knowledgeable in this field and has always been a true inspiration of mine. She is a phenomenal advocate of this growing profession in Canada and I truly feel she had a significant impact on my Pre-PA journey.

When working with Anne, she was always extremely professional, but also very personable and warm. I felt no judgement when speaking with her and she was able to cater to my specific needs when it came to interview preparation. I appreciated her extremely detailed feedback on MMI questions I had sent to her, along with her live feedback during our meetings.

She was always extremely open and honest when providing this feedback, where she would give me both words of encouragement and point out things she appreciated in my responses, but also gave me constructive criticism and additional sources to further improve my answers for next time.

I am so appreciative that she was able to guide me throughout my MMI preparation, where our collaborative hard work and dedication led to myself receiving acceptances to BOTH of the PA programs I had applied to. I would 100% recommend any of Anne’s services to any Pre-PAs that find themselves struggling through the application process, whether that be from lack of confidence, imposter syndrome, or trouble with expressing their thoughts and experiences.

Anyone considering one of Anne’s services can expect to receive high-quality advice from an extremely knowledgeable person in this field. Prior to meeting with Anne, I believe the best way to prepare is by reflecting on your work/ life experiences that have brought you to where you are today, while also conducting some research on the MMI and current world events.

Overall, I feel beyond blessed to have been recognized by both PA schools and for that I cannot express how thankful I am for Anne’s support and guidance throughout my Pre-PA journey.”

“Prior to working with Anne during the 4 weeks of MMI Coaching I was very nervous about the structure of my MMI responses and how to navigate changing my response times based on the requirements from different schools. I was also quite concerned about making my responses exceptional in order to secure an acceptance into the PA program. By working with Anne, I have successfully learned how to modify the structure of my response based on the time allotted and have gained immense confidence by doing so. I knew I wanted to work with Anne since she is well-known for her PA advocacy work through her social media accounts, but also I found her supportive and caring personality really resonated with the way I best receive feedback. I appreciated how Anne went above and beyond to help me prepare for my MMI and Panel Interview, including answering all of my questions by email and ensuring I felt confident on the day of my interviews! It was evident that she wanted me to succeed and that gave me incredible confidence going into my interviews.

By working with Anne you can expect an individualized plan based on your weaknesses and a strong mentor to guide you through the process of preparing for the MMI. I also would expect to spend at least 1 hour per day on MMI preparation during this period in order to make the most out of Anne’s feedback and recommendations.

I would recommend completing all of the necessary reading (Doing Right, BeMo’s Ultimate Guide to the MMI, and other materials) prior to the start of your coaching. I would also recommend taking advantage of access to Anne’s MMI Online Course earlier on during your 4 weeks of coaching so you have enough time to practice prior to the MMI. I personally liked scheduling my Mock MMI 2 weeks out from my interview to give me sufficient time to make any corrections without feeling stressed about my upcoming interview. I have truly enjoyed Anne’s 4 weeks of MMI Coaching and would strongly recommend this service to anyone who has the time and extra resources to prepare for the MMI.”
